The burgers were freshly made. The meat was juicy and tender. We didn't have to wait long, it was Saturday afternoon and the weather was mediocre. I would eat there again.

As always, the staff was very friendly. The branch was clean and the food came quickly and was tasty.

Good average. Checkout staff could be more attentive. For example, offer a bag to take away and pack a few napkins with you. Pleased the customer. Bit more bad hygiene. Otherwise friendly staff. 80 years steep. Cool. Burger bread could have a little more bite. Has anyone even read that or just the standard answer.

I used to like to be here but everything has slacked off a lot. Everything filthy and staff seems very unmotivated. It's a shame ... but I'll leave my money somewhere else.

The shop was dirty and the staff looked very bored. Corona regulations were not observed. People outside (not customers) went to the toilet without a mask. I used to see wooden spoons as an alternative to McD ond BK, but what I got for 24 euros (2erw + 2kin) was a joke. The double star burger was a laughing stock. 2 small patties in a huge bun with 2 small lettuce leaves. And that in the menu for € 8.50. Really outrageous. And then my son's slush fell down. I had notified the staff and only got an eye roll for it. Wooden spoon ??? Never again!!!

Eat cheaply and quickly. That is the reason that wooden spoons have been around in Bad Segeberg for decades. Even today in a modernized 80s look, not much has changed in products and interior. However, this is an advantage in modern times and shows that people can also live with a certain continuity and do not have to jump on every train passing by.

...for the fast Cheeseburger in the cities centrum...Kochlöffel is still a bit strange and independent towards the MC's and BK's...nice service here.

The food was too small for the price of over 8 €, the meat and fries were almost raw and the sanitary facilities stank like hell. That was the first and last time I was at Kochlöffel Essen. I do not recommend it.

Where should I start here ... The Currywurst was made with a Thuringian. The burger was cold and clearly not fresh, the sauce was already gone in the roll ... The store itself was quite greasy and not exactly clean, which we noticed however only after the order at the table. We will certainly not go there again.

I have never experienced such a super-friendly store !! Mr Brückner must be one of the nicest bosses you can work for. Unbelievably friendly !! Thank you very much!
